Language Tutor Positions

(German & Finnish)

We are seeking highly qualified language tutors to deliver professional, healthcare-focused language training through our Learning Management System (LMS).

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Native speaker or legal resident of Germany (German Tutor) or Finland (Finnish Tutor)
  • Minimum 5 years of professional language tutoring experience
  • Experience teaching language for professional, academic, or healthcare purposes
  • Recognized or certified by a local or global language/education body in the respective country
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to teach remotely via an LMS
  • Availability for scheduled live sessions and learner support

Employment Details

  • Type of Employment: Contract
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Compensation: €35 – €45 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Administrative & Technical Positions

(Office Administrator, IT Officer, Website Designer / Software Developer)

These roles support the operational and digital infrastructure of Shevs Connect Institute.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Must be a Kenyan citizen currently based in Kenya
  • Must be available to report physically to the office during assigned working days and hours
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Educated or trained at a recognized institution
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Role-Specific Expectations

  • Office Administrator: Office coordination, documentation, scheduling, and internal student support.
  • IT Officer: Learning system support, troubleshooting, security, and IT infrastructure management
  • Website Designer / Software Developer: Website management, system development, maintenance, and technical optimization
