1. Marketing and Communications Officer- 1 Vacancy

Role Overview
The Marketing and Communications Officer will drive brand visibility, student recruitment, and stakeholder engagement through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and public relations activities
  • Work with external media, PR agencies, and influencers
  • Manage event marketing and promotional activities
  • Develop marketing materials (posters, flyers, digital ads)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance
  • Coordinate internal communication across departments
  • Manage communication with local and international partners and stakeholders
  • Support student recruitment campaigns and outreach programs
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for our programs.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and growth plans in coordination with the Global Head of Business Development.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • At least 2-3 experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Creativity and ability to execute campaigns effectively
  • Experience working with influencers or media agencies is an added advantage
