At Shevs Connect Institute, we are committed to providing transparent, flexible, and accessible payment structures for all our programs. Each program is priced based on its duration, specialization, and career outcomes, with options designed to accommodate diverse financial needs.
Program Fees
We offer the following programs and fee structures:
- 1. General Swedish for Professionals (A1/A2) – 5 months
Ksh. 25,000 (€170) - 2. Finnish for Medical Professionals – Cohort I (2027) – 11 months
Ksh. 100,000 (€650) - 3. Swedish Language for Medical Professionals – Cohort II (2027) – 11 months
Ksh. 100,000 (€650) - 6. Healthcare AI Trainer & Data Annotation Program (2026) – 6-8 weeks
Ksh. 6,000 (€40) - 7. Swedish for Medical Professionals – Cohort I (2026) – 11 months
Ksh. 66,000 (€450)
Payment Plans
To ensure flexibility, students may choose from the following payment options during enrollment:
- Full Payment – Paid at the time of enrollment
- Two Installments – Split into two agreed payments
- Three Installments – Spread across three scheduled payments
Students are required to select their preferred payment plan during the application process.

International students are required to make payments via PayPal or Wise, with account details provided upon request.
Payment Confirmation
After making a payment, students must share proof of payment (M-Pesa message, bank receipt, or international transfer confirmation). Upon verification:
- An official receipt will be issued
- Payment records will be updated in the student’s profile within our system
Certification & Career Support
Students will receive program certificates upon successful completion of their course and full fee payment. Additionally, learners will be progressively connected to relevant job opportunities as they advance in their programs and meet payment requirements.
Payment Compliance
All fees must be paid on time according to the agreed schedule. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in:
- Temporary suspension of program access
- Possible discontinuation from the program if delays persist
Students are encouraged to communicate promptly with the institute in case of any payment challenges to avoid disruptions in their learning journey.
