From application to employer interviews and relocation, each stage is carefully aligned with employer and regulatory requirements.
Below is a clear breakdown of the full recruitment journey.
1. Application Window & Program Orientation
December 15, 2025 – January 25, 2026
During this period, we receive job applications for both licensed and non-licensed healthcare roles. Candidates indicate their preferred role and destination country and participate in orientation sessions covering:
- Available healthcare positions
- Employer sponsorship and relocation support
- Swedish language training structure
- Licensing requirements (where applicable)
Early application is strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time for preparation.
2. Swedish Language Training (Basic to Intermediate – A1 to B2)
January 6, 2026 – September, 2026
Language readiness is a core requirement for healthcare employment in Sweden.
Training Overview:
- Duration: 37 weeks
- Total Lessons: 108 lessons
- Frequency: 3 lessons per week
- Mode: Online (Microsoft Teams)
- Tutors: Experienced native Swedish tutors
- Focus Areas:
- Basic to intermediate Swedish (A1–B2)
- Medical and workplace terminology
- Professional communication and interview preparation
Candidates book lessons using weekly or per level tickets, offering flexibility throughout the program.
3. Document Submission Period
January 20, 2026 – September 30, 2026
While undergoing language training, candidates are required to submit all mandatory documents, including:
- Swedish-format CV and personal letter (Personligt Brev)
- Academic certificates (authorized translations)
- Proof of work experience
- Passport copy
- Licensing documents (for licensed roles)
- Specialist certificates and portfolios (where applicable)
Documents may be submitted progressively during this window.
4. Language Certification
September 30, 2026
Upon successful completion of training:
- Candidates receive an official Certificate of Basic to Intermediate Swedish Language Proficiency (B2)
- The certificate is used for employer interviews, licensing applications, and work permit processing
5. Employer Interviews – First Stage

Candidates attend online interviews conducted by Swedish employers in coordination with CureStaff Company.

6. Job Offers, Work Permits & Relocation

- Issuance of official job offer letters
- Employer-sponsored work permit applications
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Relocation to Sweden and reporting to assigned workplaces
- Commencement of paid internships and adaptation periods for licensed professionals
