By accessing or enrolling in services provided by Shevs Connect Institute, including recruitment, licensing support, and language training for Sweden, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

  • Candidates must meet the minimum professional and educational qualifications required for their chosen healthcare role.
  • Applicants must be legally eligible to work and migrate to the intended Nordic country.
  • Submission of false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in termination of services or disqualification.

2. Application and Enrollment

  • Submission of an online application does not guarantee acceptance into the recruitment or training program.
  • Acceptance is conditional upon successful completion of language training, interviews, document verification, and eligibility assessment.
  • Candidates are responsible for providing accurate personal, academic, and professional information.

3. Language Training Program

  • All candidates must complete mandatory Swedish language training before proceeding to the interviews.
  • Training fees are non-refundable once the program begins. Refunds before the start date may be granted subject to administrative processing.
  • Shevs Connect provides all training, materials, and certified language experts. Candidates must participate fully and attend scheduled sessions.

5. Fees and Payments

Language Training is offered by our company in coordination with our Swedish language staff. Training costs KES 600 per lesson and candidates must attend all lessons to earn a certificate of completion. All other costs related to employment and relocation is covered by the employer.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Shevs Connect collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Candidate information is shared only with authorized partners, employers, and regulatory authorities for recruitment and licensing purposes.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available once language training begins.
  • Cancellation before training commencement may be eligible for partial refunds.
  • Exceptional cases will be evaluated on an individual basis with supporting documentation.

8. Candidate Responsibilities

  • Candidates must provide truthful and complete information at all stages.
  • Candidates are expected to attend interviews, language training sessions, and comply with guidance provided by Shevs Connect and our partners.
  • Non-compliance may result in removal from the program.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Shevs Connect acts as a facilitator between candidates, licensed partners, employers, and regulatory authorities.
  • We are not liable for delays, denials, or decisions made by employers, licensing authorities, or immigration services.
  • Candidates agree to hold Shevs Connect harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in our programs.

10. Modifications

  • Shevs Connect reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, where Shevs Connect Institute is registered, unless otherwise specified for compliance with international agreements or Nordic regulatory requirements.
