Welcome to Shevs Connect Institute. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our services, or partnering with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth learning and service experience for all participants, clients, and partners.

1. General Agreement

By registering for any program or service offered by Shevs Connect Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all learners, professionals, and organizational clients engaging with our services.

Shevs Connect Institute reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to all qualified applicants who meet program-specific requirements.
Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Shevs Connect Institute reserves the right to approve or decline applications at its discretion.
Admission into a program does not guarantee job placement unless all program requirements are successfully completed.

3. Program Structure & Delivery

All programs are delivered through structured online or blended learning formats depending on the course design.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

All program fees must be paid according to the official fee structure provided during enrollment.
Students may choose one of the following payment plans:
- Full payment upon enrollment
- Two (2) installment plan
- Three (3) installment plan
Payments must be made through official channels only:

International payments are accepted via PayPal or Wise (details provided upon request).

Important Conditions:

Fees must be paid on or before agreed deadlines.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in suspension or discontinuation of access to the program.
All payments are non-transferable between programs unless officially approved.

5. Payment Confirmation & Records

Students must submit proof of payment (M-Pesa message, bank slip, PayPal/Wise receipt).
Upon verification, official receipts will be issued.
Payment records are updated in the student profile system.
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure all payments are correctly recorded.

6. Certification & Completion

Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the program and full payment of all fees.
Partial completion does not guarantee certification.
Certification is based on attendance, participation, assessments, and program requirements.

7. Career Placement & Job Opportunities

Shevs Connect Institute provides career support and job placement assistance as part of its services.
Job placement is subject to performance, eligibility, employer requirements, and market availability.
We do not guarantee employment but actively connect qualified candidates to verified global opportunities.
Opportunities may include both international relocation roles and remote outsourcing positions.

8. Outsourcing & Employer Services

We provide trained professionals to companies for remote and onsite roles.
Employers are responsible for final hiring decisions.
All workforce solutions are based on agreed contracts between Shevs Connect Institute and partner organizations.
We ensure candidates meet required training and competency standards before deployment.

9. Student Conduct & Responsibilities

All participants are expected to:

Maintain professionalism and respectful communication
Actively participate in training and assessments
Avoid academic dishonesty or misconduct
Comply with all program rules and schedules

Violation of conduct policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the program.

10. Refund Policy

All fees are generally non-refundable once a program has commenced.
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of management.
Administrative fees or processing charges may apply where refunds are approved.

11. Suspension & Termination

Shevs Connect Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to programs under the following conditions:

Non-payment of fees
Breach of conduct or policies
Misrepresentation of information
Disruptive or unethical behavior

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information provided during enrollment is used solely for training, placement, and administrative purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required for job placement or legal compliance.
All data is handled securely in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

13. Limitation of Liability

Shevs Connect Institute is not liable for delays or failures caused by external employers, partners, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our control, including visa approvals, employer decisions, or external recruitment processes.

14. Communication & Support

All official communication is conducted through designated institute channels.
Students are encouraged to report issues or concerns promptly.
Delays in reporting issues may affect resolution outcomes.

15. Final Agreement

By enrolling in any program or using any service offered by Shevs Connect Institute, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our goal is to provide transparent, structured, and impactful training and career opportunities for all participants.
